How is the reservation made?
To make a reservation, please fill out our online reservation form or contact us by phone or e-mail. After completing the online booking form, please wait for our official confirmation email. The reservation becomes final only after confirmation.
What are the conditions for cancellation or modification?
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation before arrival, please note our cancellation policy. 8-14 before arrival. day, the penalty is 50% of the deposit, and in case of cancellation or no-show within 7 days, the full amount must be paid; different rules may apply during special periods.
What discounts are provided for children?
We provide a HUF 2,000 discount per child up to the age of 10, and the baby bed is provided free of charge. Over the age of 10, the extra bed is HUF 5,000/night. Please contact us regarding the availability of extra beds and cots.
How is check-in and check-out done?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, while check-out is required by 10:00 a.m. on the day of travel. If you want to arrive or leave earlier or later, prior consultation is required, which depends on availability. Please note that late check-out may incur an additional fee.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, for over 18s, the tourist tax is HUF 580/person/night.
What payment methods are accepted?
In our guest house, you can settle your accommodation fee both by bank transfer and by cash payment on the spot.
