Minimum number of nights:
• In high season, a minimum of 2 nights can be booked.
•A reservation of at least 2 nights is required both in pre- and post-season.
•A reservation of at least 3 nights is mandatory during special holiday periods and long weekends.
• For New Year's Eve, only the entire house can be booked, for a minimum of 3 nights, at a price of HUF 160,000/night.
•One-night booking based on individual assessment only, the price of which is a +30% surcharge

•Deluxe double room: HUF 24,000/night
•Double room with garden view: HUF 24,000/night
•Studio apartment: HUF 24,000/night
• Triple room: HUF 33,000/night

• Entire house rental: HUF 150,000/night
Child and extra bed discounts:
• We provide a HUF 2,000 discount per child up to the age of 10.
•Extra bed over 10 years HUF 5,000/night.
• Baby cot is free.
•Please contact us regarding the placement of extra beds and cots.
• Tourist tax: HUF 580/person/night (over 18 years old).
Check-in and check-out:
• Check-in on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out on the day of travel by 10:00 a.m.

•Approx. A 5-8 minute walk away, breakfast can be requested at our partner for an extra charge, prior consultation is required.

Cancellation conditions:
• 14-8 before arrival. day the penalty is 50%.
• From the 7th day before arrival or in case of no-show, the fine is 100%.
•If the departure takes place earlier than booked, the full amount of the accommodation fee (100%) must be paid.
•The paid penalty can be redeemed within one year when reserving at a new date.
Covid-19 provisions:
If there is a curfew before or during the trip, guests can request a change to the reservation or a refund of the deposit.
