•A reservation of at least 3 nights is mandatory during special holiday periods and long weekends.
•For New Year's Eve, only the entire house can be booked, for a minimum of 3 nights, at a price of 149,900 HUF/night.

Child discount, extra bed, baby cot:
• We provide a HUF 2,000 discount per child up to the age of 10.
•Extra bed: 5000 HUF/night.
• Baby cot is free.
•Please contact us regarding the placement of extra beds and cots.
•Tourist tax: 750 HUF/person/night (over 18 years old).
Check-in and check-out:
• Check-in on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out on the day of travel by 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation conditions:
• 14-8 before arrival. day the penalty is 50%.
• From the 7th day before arrival or in case of no-show, the fine is 100%.
•If the departure takes place earlier than booked, the full amount of the accommodation fee (100%) must be paid.
•The paid penalty can be redeemed within one year when reserving at a new date.
•Please note that in the event of cancellation of the reservation, you will be liable for the above payment (penalty) obligation pursuant to Section 6:186 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
Covid-19 provisions:
If there is a curfew before or during the trip, guests can request a change to the reservation or a refund of the deposit.
