Guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or violations of the house rules. The host assumes no responsibility for the guests' belongings!<\/p>\n
On the day of arrival, our guests occupy the room from 2:00 p.m., and they leave it by 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. We ask you to observe silence at night from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.! Furthermore, we would like to ask our guests not to receive visitors or to allow strangers to enter the accommodation. Loud "partying" is NOT allowed.<\/p>\n
Please use the furnishings as intended! Please do not take decorative items or pictures from their place. Please do not take indoor furnishings and household items (beds, bedding, mattresses, TV, etc.) out into the garden.<\/p>\n
Guests receive the guest house clean, and they must take care of the cleanliness themselves during their stay. In case of a longer stay (more than 1 week), the host will change the bed linen and used towels once a week. Daily cleaning can be requested, the fee of which is HUF 5,000\/day.<\/p>\n
It is possible to collect household waste in the bins in the room and bathroom. If these become full during your stay, please empty them into the large black bin by the gate. The large yellow bin is used to collect selective waste (paper, metal cans, plastic bottles). Please put the bottles behind the big yellow bin. Thank you!<\/p>\n
When leaving and for the night, please lock the entrances to the building and the small gate, and close the terrace door! The external doors of the building can be locked with a key after pulling the handle.<\/p>\n
Smoking and using incense in the building is prohibited and will result in a penalty (see information displayed in the rooms)! The area designated for smoking in the garden is around the built-in fire pit.<\/p>\n
Fires can be set in the designated fire place by observing the current fire protection rules! (Fire extinguishers should be placed next to the fire, flammable materials removed from the fire.) Before leaving the fire place, please make sure that the fire has really been extinguished! The burning of other materials (e.g. plastic, rubber) is strictly prohibited except for the firewood and paper available to the guests!<\/p>\n
Please park your cars in such a way that the residents of the other rooms that may have been rented out are not restricted in their free movement \/ parking!<\/p>\n
No pets are allowed in the guest house.<\/p>\n
The garden is taken care of by the host. Please take care of the health of the plants, do not disturb each other while they are resting!<\/p>\n
As in all households, in the guest house it is possible that something breaks or malfunctions through no fault of the guests. If you notice any abnormalities, in order to prevent possible serious damage, please report it to the accommodation provider immediately on the following phone number:<\/p>\n
